A wave breaking over a sandy beach, poured in turquoise, aqua, teal and white resin across a freeform slab of olive wood. The resin wraps around the 2.5 cm thick edge, and the back is all olive wood, with its golden grain and dark knots on show.
Serve cheese, cured meats, fruit and crackers on it, then stand it up in the kitchen as a piece of coastal art. This is the exact board in the photos: there is only one.
About 44 × 20 cm at the widest point and 2.5 cm thick (17.5 × 8 × 1 in); the width varies with the natural shape. Hand wash and dry straight away; not for the dishwasher. Best used for serving rather than cutting, so the resin stays glossy.
Olive wood with turquoise, teal and white epoxy resin. This is the exact piece in the photos. The grain and pour are its own.
Hand wash in warm soapy water and dry straight away. Not dishwasher safe, and do not soak.
Rub in a little food-safe board oil every few weeks to keep the timber nourished.
Keep hot pots and pans off the resin.
