These are the shipping rules for artwoodyland. They apply to every order placed on this website.

Shipping locations

artwoodyland ships to addresses in New Zealand, from 26 Wilding Avenue, Epsom, Auckland 1023, New Zealand. The destinations offered at checkout are the destinations we deliver to.

Shipping cost

Delivery to any address in New Zealand is free. No shipping fee is charged at checkout or added after payment.

Processing time

A listed piece is prepared for dispatch after payment is received. A commissioned table is made after the quote is accepted, on the timing stated in that quote.

Delivery time

Delivery takes 3 to 7 working days from your order. We contact you to arrange a delivery window, and a large table may travel with a specialist furniture carrier.

Collection

Collection from the studio at 26 Wilding Avenue, Epsom, Auckland is free. Choose it at checkout and we contact you to arrange a time.

Rural delivery

Delivery to a rural New Zealand address is also free.

Large furniture

Finished tables are delivered by courier or a specialist furniture carrier, or collected from the studio. Tell us about stairs or a narrow entrance when you order so delivery can be planned.

Damaged or lost shipments

Photograph the packaging and the piece, and contact the studio with your order number. We trace a shipment that does not arrive with the carrier. Goods that are faulty or not as described are handled under the refund policy and the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

Tracking and address changes

When a shipment has a tracking number, we send it to the email used at checkout. Contact us as soon as you can to change an address. A change is not possible once the carrier has the goods.
