Refund and returns
These are the return rules for artwoodyland. They do not remove rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.
Change of mind
A listed piece that has not been used, altered, or damaged may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Contact the studio before you send it back. The piece must be in the condition it was delivered, including any packaging supplied with it.
Damaged, faulty, or incorrect goods
If a piece arrives damaged, is faulty, or is not the piece ordered, contact the studio with photographs and the order number. The remedy is repair, replacement, or refund under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. We pay the return freight when the problem is ours.
Commissioned tables
A table made to your size, timber, or resin colour is made only after you accept a quote. Once materials have been cut or resin has been poured, that piece cannot be returned for change of mind. This does not limit the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 if the piece is faulty or not as described.
Cancellation
A listed piece may be cancelled before it is handed to the carrier, and the payment is refunded. A commissioned piece may be cancelled before materials are cut or resin is poured. After that work has started, the cost of materials and labour already used is not refunded.
Refunds
An approved refund is paid to the original payment method used at checkout. Your bank may take additional time to show it.
Return shipping
For a change-of-mind return, you arrange and pay the return freight. Contact the studio before moving a large table. We pay the return freight when the piece is damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered.
Exchanges
We do not exchange one finished table for another. You may return an eligible piece under this policy and place a new order.
